How it works

Tell us about your games
List up to four upcoming games — when and where. If you only know the date and the field, that is enough.

A coach picks one
A qualified D1 Notes coach chooses the game they can get to and confirms it with you.

They watch you play
The coach attends in person and watches you in a real match, not a highlight reel.

You get a full evaluation
A complete written evaluation lands in your dashboard, the same as any D1 Notes evaluation.

It is free. There is no charge to you for a CCAS evaluation, and no payment details are collected.
Coaches choose the game. Offering several games makes it far more likely a coach can attend one of them.
Plans can change. If your coach has to switch to a different game on your list, you will be told.
You need an account. If you do not have one, the request form will set one up as you go.
